Healthy BMI range for any person is between 18.5 to 24.9. It signifies that the weight of the for the given height is in the normal range.
What is the Healthy Weight for the given height?
Healthy weight means that weight which makes the BMI for the given height always in the normal range ie. 18.5 to 24.9. Healthy weight for a given height is calculated by rearranging the formula of BMI index and solving for weight. For healthy weight ranges we use the healthy BMI index range and we solve for the weight.
